Onsite check up I will make sure that your computer is updated with the latest version of Windows and other necessary software. I will make sure that your machine is working as it should be and repair what I can to improve performance. I will complete a full Virus Check using state of the art Virus-checking software to be sure that your computer has not been compromised. Additionally, if necessary, I will physically clean your computer.Remote Check up
This is a remote only check up. I will make sure that your computer is updated with the latest version of Windows and other necessary software. New Computer Setup
Complete and personalize the Operating System of your new computer and connect to your network. This activity is typically done AFTER initial setup is complete, which may include picking up your new computer and returning it AFTER initial setup is complete. Transfer data from the old computer to the new computer. Install applications where valid licenses exist. (If it is necessary to transfer programs where no licensing information or program disk exists, there may be an extra charge). Install and connect printers as necessary.Network Setup
